Infer Insights Dashboard
The Infer Insights Dashboard shows a set of charts that help you understand your Leads using the Infer Score. The timeframe covered by the charts is controlled by a dropdown at the top of the page. Note that the filtering is by Lead Created Date.
The first two charts show aspects of Lead performance broken down by the Infer Rating.
On the left, the bars reflect how many of the Leads created during the selected time interval scored in the various Ratings buckets and the line shows the conversion rate for the leads in each bucket. On the right, the bars represent the number of won deals coming from leads in each bucket and the line reflects the average won amounts in those closed deals.
⇒ The conversion and win information reflect the disposition of the Leads created during the configured time interval as of the time the report is run.
⇒ Because Leads converted prior to initiating Infer scoring do not have scores attached (due to Salesforce limitations), such leads are not reflected in the Dashboards. Thus the Conversion and Win rates shown on the Dashboards for time intervals prior to initiating Infer scoring will typically be very low.
The next two charts provide information on what quality of leads are being brought in by various sources.
The chart on the left shows, for each Lead Source, how many Leads were generated by that source over the configured time interval that score above the configured A threshold.
The chart on the right shows, for each Lead Source, the fraction of the Leads coming from that source that score in each Rating bucket. So, the first chart shows how many high quality Leads each source generates and the one on the right shows the fraction of leads from each source that are high quality.
Whereas these two charts show where the good quality leads are coming from, the next charts show where the high quality Leads are going.
The next two charts reflect the quality of the leads created during the configured time interval for each Lead owner.
The chart on the left shows, for each Lead Owner, the quantity of Leads created during the configured time interval that score above a “Goodness” threshold as configured in the Infer AppExchange package configuration page. The chart on the right shows, for each Lead Owner, the fraction of their Leads that score in each Rating bucket. So, the first chart shows how many high quality Leads each rep gets and the one on the right shows the fraction of their leads that are high quality.
The next two charts show the quality of lead flow over time.
The graph on the left shows the volume of leads in each bucket, broken down by month.
The graph on the right shows the distribution of leads in each bucket, broken down by month.
The final graph shows the average Infer Score by month. This gives you a high level picture of how the overall quality of your lead flow is changing over time.
