How to Fix the UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW Error in Salesforce

The reason this is happening is that the Infer Salesforce application is encountering more write conflicts than usual. This can be caused by new data append tools being introduced to your SFDC environment or new sales processes that affect how leads are handled.

The easy fix is to upgrade to the newest version of our AppExchange package, which was redesigned to prevent these write conflicts from happening.
